210 Marine Street in Beach Haven is about 800 feet to the beach in South Beach Haven. This great location is near all the attractions, yet still quiet and away from the center of town. The home offers 6 bedrooms, 5 and a half bathrooms, 2 separate living areas, and an in-ground pool with a covered outdoor space. The finish list includes hardwood floors, stone counters, a double-sided fireplace, hard-lined gas grill, 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of full-size washer/dryers, "smart home" technology including a security camera in the back yard facing the pool and WI-FI boosters throughout the home, an outdoor shower, and all the space you need to make your summer memories on LBI. We also have a second refrigerator in the garage for storage. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. Please note linens and towels are not included. and for stays less than 1 week there is a $300 cleaning fee.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Everything for my grandkids was in walking distance; the rides, mini golf, arcades. Two blocks from Murphys Market and eateries. The house was very clean, new furnishings We all enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. Nathan is very accessible and very nice to talk to. We will stay again next year!
