LaJoie’ Lookout - Electric Vehicle friendly with NEMA 14-50 outlet and less than 150 yds to direct beach access. Saturday turnovers. Spacious oceanside home with room for the whole family. Not only can you hear the ocean, you can see it from the top 2 floors.
Bikes, beach chairs, beach cart, a few other misc beach items and outdoor games are included!
Family friendly - high chair and pack n play provided. Assorted board games, cards, books, etc.
Linens/towels included for in season bookings (memorial day through labor day). Offseason linens/towels can be rented through the linen company that we use or you may bring your own.

The space
Reverse layout so the 1st floor has 4br/2ba as well as the laundry and then the 2nd floor has the kitchen, living room, dining area, sitting room, and the 1/2 bath. The 3rd floor is a bonus artist's loft that is surrounded with windows which allow both ocean and sound views and also has a smaller walkout balcony. The artist's loft can be used as an additional sleeping area since it has a futon or it could be used as the perfect remote work setup by using the desk area and taking advantage of the high speed internet.

The entire house is accessible with booking. There is an owners' closet in the house and an owners storage in small section of garage. Both will be locked, everything else is available.

LaJoie’s Lookout is well stocked to ensure that you can spend as much time as possible relaxing and soaking in the ocean views from the main level deck area after that long day at the beach. There are a few bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, yard games, and other miscellaneous items that guests are free to use responsibly. Also, there’s a very spacious outdoor shower for you to use after morning beach walk or long day at the beach. We do our best to think of everything, but definitely reach out if you have any questions at all about the space amenities. Walking/biking distance to Teach’s Lair Marina, shops, restaurants, and the Ocracoke Ferry Terminal you will never run out of things to do or see.
