This breathtaking ocean side home in Barnegat is a perfect getaway spot for couples, families, and friends. Whether you decide to rent out the upstairs or the downstairs, each identical setup offers a front deck, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a living room with an HD TV, and a washer and dryer unit. The stone driveway provides plenty of parking space and all guests can walk straight to the beach (fifth house in on the ocean block). For those that choose to not walk on the hot sand, there is a free tram that runs back and forth from the water. This is conveniently located on the same street as the rental home. The house also includes brand new everything! Brand new granite countertops, cabinets, and appliances plus custom furniture. Also, is a Nest thermostat providing central air. When not in the home, the child friendly streets welcome children as well as the lighthouse being a great place to visit since it is in walking distance.
NOTE: This Listing is for the downstairs unit. Upstairs is an extra $25/night

Summary: Great location, clean and comfortable house. Hot water was an issue (the reset button was in the upstairs unit and we were downstairs) so the house could use a separate hot water heater for the downstairs, but owners were very responsive to any issues.
