Positive: Position short walk to beach and cafes. All the kitchen gear was there. Dishwasher washing machine and dryer all good.
Negative: Ceiling fans would be good. Water pressure in the shower quite weak. Window in second bedroom only opens about 150mm. Not major concerns though.
