Turtle Tide just been extensively renovated by its owner, an architect and contractor 6/23. The lower level, which was extensively renovated after Hurricane Matthew, was newly renovated to include removing the existing bathroom laundry room and storage area. These spaces were replaced with a new ensuite bath for the downstairs master bedroom, a new ensuite bath for the second downstairs bedroom, a new laundry room and a new central HVAC system. Importantly a new door will be added to allow access to the downstairs directly from the parking area. A ramp has been installed to this door to allow for easy access for walkers, luggage etc. further an elevator has been provided for access to the second floor. The two bedrooms, kitchenette and the small living space on this floor will remain and as mentioned were newly renovated in 2017. The downstairs bedrooms include a street facing queen bedroom and an ocean facing king bedroom each with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs on the main living floor, a full ensuite bath has been added to the streetside bedroom with 2 twin bunks one of them witb a trundle bed. This bedroom sleeps 5. The oceanfront King master has its own ensuite renovated master bath. The other two bedrooms on this floor consist of an oceanfront queen bedroom and a streetside bedroom with a twin bunk bed and a queen bed. These bedrooms utilize the freshly renovated hall bath on this side of the house. An all new kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops and appliances has been provided as well as a new stack laundry off the kitchen. All new dining and living furniture in the vaulted grwat room. On the exterior there is a large (14’ x 28’ ) sun deck with amazing views up and down the beach which is 50’ away. A new hot tub is provided to the side downstairs deck area wirh an adjacent enclosed outside shower, parking for 5 cars and several outdoor sitting areas complete this amazing oceanfront vacation house.
