Located Oceanfront at 1 C Mariner's Walk, “Waters Edge” is one of the closet condominiums on the Island to the beach. Just six steps from the huge screen porch will take you down to the beach. The convenience of being able to walk directly back and forth to beach from “Waters Edge”at 1 C Mariners Walk, will help make your next vacation at Wild Dunes one of the best ever. When you are ready to take a break from the ocean, a large private swimming pool for the community is located just to the west of this wonderful condominium.
The interior of “Waters Edge” at 1 C Mariners Walk is constantly being maintained by the property owners. Recent renovations include the all new furnishings, bathrooms and living area flooring. The painting of “Waters Edge” is considered routine maintenance, so it will look fresh and clean for your family's next visit to the Island. The “Waters Edge” features two bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with a second king in the guest bedroom. The dining room has room for six with additional seating for two at the bar. The living room is comfortable featuring a large flat screen television. Probably the most unique feature of “Waters Edge” is the screen porch, which is one of the largest on the island in a condominium.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, loved the big screened porch. Only negative is the sound of footsteps from people above which did have an impact on our quiet time. Comfortable and clean and steps from beach which was wonderful.
