Positive: The condo had amazing views of the bay. It is clean and has lots of outdoor seating. Beach chairs were provided and we were able to take them down to the beach. We had an issue with the golf cart provided and it was taken care of quickly and professionally.
Negative: The condo is not set up for renters but for rental income. The owners are trying to make extra money without putting themselves out. For example, there are very few options available for hanging clothes, storing suit cases, putting items away. The closets are stuffed with items and most cabinets are locked. The furniture is not arranged for renters, nor is there a washing machine or laundry facility in the complex. The condo is far from town, so if you are staying a few days, it is inconvenient to clean your clothes. For the price, I expected more thoughtful touches.
Summary: Beautiful view, good place for short stay.
