Positive: Size and layout of the villa easily accommodated our family of 12. Location cannot be beat. Kitchen large and well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Convenient parking for two cars.
Negative: While cleanliness was excellent, the upkeep was not - especially in the kitchen: disposal did not work, 2 knobs missing from oven and some pantry doors, lots of silverware but only 11 forks for an advertised size accommodating 15 people. Also, there should be a TV in the master bedroom and the other lower bedroom.
Summary: Large and well equipped villa in a perfect location!
