This one-bedroom villa is the perfect escape for two people and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. It is located on the top floor (best ocean views) of a gated, oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head’s premiere South Forest Beach, just steps away from Coligny Beach. You're truly in the middle of the best Hilton Head has to offer.
The recently renovated Sea Side II Villa complex features an oceanfront sundeck & swing, two pools, laundry on each floor, elevator access and covered parking with security. The third-floor villa has been newly redecorated and remodeled (in February 2023). It offers direct ocean views, from sunrise to sunset, from the balcony and living room. It comes equipped with linens and starter necessities for your beach vacation!
And best of all: You have direct access to the beach! We provide beach chairs and beach umbrellas, but there is also a lifeguard and beach rental station is directly in front of the complex. There are outdoor showers, and grilling and picnic areas available for your use.
Come, relax, and kick back at the most beautiful beach on the East Coast, or play one of the area’s 40 world-class golf courses while enjoying this oceanfront complex. There are miles of biking trails to enjoy, numerous tennis facilities, and world-class restaurants. Your villa is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza where you can take your pick of activities, restaurants, and shops.
I take a hands-on hospitality approach with all of our guests because I'm a local, too – sharing recommendations for hidden gems, the best sunset spots, and plenty of suggestions to make this vacation your best of the year.
