Top Notch East is a wonderfully furnished and fully equipped oceanfront duplex (East side). Located just steps from the beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Emerald Isle, dolphins are frequently seen from this home. This lovely home comfortably sleeps 11 guests and is equipped with free wifi, cable, and TVs in all bedrooms.
This spacious duplex has ample room to spread out in the well appointed kitchen and open living/dining room space. The two dining tables seat 12 with additional bar seating for four. Also on this level is a full bathroom and a large soundfront bedroom with a twin and queen bed. Three bedrooms are on the second floor - 1 oceanfront king master suite and 1 oceanfront queen, both with deck access and 1 soundfront bedroom with 2 twin beds). The entire third floor is an oceanfront master suite with private deck.
A private, spray off area and outdoor shower (with hot & cold water) make clean-up easy. There is an outdoor charcoal grill with picnic table seating.

Summary: We had booked this house for my sisters bachelorette weekend getaway and it was everything we had hoped for. Enough room for all 9 of us to comfortably hangout and have sleeping room. We loved being able to walk right out of the house and onto the beach. We had such a great time and the host was amazing! She always responded to my messages in a timely manner and was very nice! We would 100% stay here again for other vacations!
