Situated Cliffside on a striking oceanfront location in a quiet cul de sac, Villa Jamie is a fully air conditioned four bedroom with media room villa built on two levels, offering plenty of room for family and friends. A comfortable southern style porch with rocking chairs (great for watching sunsets) welcomes you to Villa Jamie. Inside, on the main level, is a large Great Room with an inviting sectional sofa for gathering to watch movies or conversation and, through archways, you move into the elegant dining area. Sliding glass doors open to cooling tradewinds and the large oceanfront deck perched dramatically atop a cliff, with an infinity edge pool and sweeping views of the blue sea and the British Virgin islands in the distance. Downstairs (1): .Adjoining the dining room is the gourmet kitchen, beautifully and generously equipped with lots of glassware, dishware, stainless steel cookware, wine cooler, 5 burner ceramic cooktop in the center island, all adorned with stainless steel apliances and granite countertops.Just around the corner is the convenient powder room, and beyond, two equal king bedroom suites (the 'Victoria' and 'Caroline' suites), each with generous walk in closets and double vanity baths with granite countertops. The Victora bedroom suite fronts the Atlantic Ocean with a private balcony and the Caroline suite, on the Magens bay side, has its own private porch with a pergola and ocean views. Downstairs (2): .On the opposite side of the Great room is the 'Jamie' suite, the main level master suite with its own small full kitchen. Adjacent to the master is the Villa Jamie media room, comfortably furnished with a large leather sectional which converts to a queen sofabed, perfect for children. An armoire contains cable TV, DVD player, XBox, movies & CD's plus an assortment of games for everyone. A corner desk offers DSL line for your laptop and a printer/fax machine if you must do work on vacation! Wireless internet is available throughout the house.
