The private walkway to the beach makes it easy to dip your toes in the ocean and then swim in the NEW pool with ocean and Outer Banks Fishing Pier views! Evenings can be spent star gazing while soaking in the new Hot Tub! With plenty of space and bedding for large groups, the rustic and colorful décor is perfect for groups of all ages who come to the beach to relax, have fun, run back and forth from the ocean, and leave behind the structure and hassle of everyday life! This home has a "laid back" attitude, but offers all of the modern conveniences! Your fur babies can enjoy the shady-covered oceanfront deck on the lower level or the top-level sun deck! This home is Kid Friendly!
Level 3: The Top Level has a bedroom with a King bed and a TV, another bedroom with a king TV, a Bedroom with a queen and a TV, and Bedroom with a queen and twin beds and a TV, 2 full bathrooms, and a Sun Deck with Hot Tub offering spectacular ocean views!
Level 2: The mid-level is where you will find the oceanfront living room with a wet bar and direct access to the pool and beach! The kitchen and dining area are also on this level and comfortably seat 18! There are 2 half bathrooms on this level for convenience. Outside you will find an outside shower, a covered deck, and access to the large Dune-Top Deck!
Level 1: The ground level has a bedroom with two Pyramid Beds, and another bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a single bunk, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry area, and a storage room with a 2nd full-size refrigerator!
Extras include 4 TVs, a library, books and games, a basketball goal, a picnic table, a wet bar, a gas grill, an outside shower, a hot tub, wireless internet, a full-size crib, and high chair, and more!

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time.
