3 Bedroom Condo in Bethany Beach

This beautifully decorated condo is on the first floor which means you have direct access to the promenade, pools and the beach without having to take the elevator! Wonderful 3 BR Condo has been lovingly updated with tile, hardwood floors and granite in the renovated kitchens and baths, plus there are TV's in every bedroom. There are multiple indoor and outdoor swimming pools and daily activities for the kids. There is one assigned and one at-large parking space. No more than two cars allowed per unit. Guests pay a $120 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in the off-season. NO PETS!! NO SMOKING!! Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Sea Colony charges a badge fee per guest (ages 4+) per week of $15 from the dates of1/1/24-5/3/24 & 9/21/24-3/31/25, a $25 fee from 5/4/24-6/7/24 & 9/14/24-9/20/24, & a fee of $55 from 6/8/24 -9/13/24 payable at the Marketplace at Sea Colony. The Sea Colony amenity fees will be in addition to quote amount on VRBO site. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
