The back facing, completely covered deck is a lovely shaded sitting area that offers an extension to this cozy condo.
This condo offers a micro kitchenette which includes a toaster, electric kettle, keurig coffee maker, microwave, small fridge and plates/glasses/cups/cutlery for two. ( as this is a micro kitchenette it does not include a stove, oven, kitchen sink or dishwasher)

Also please note that this condo is oceanfront and sometimes birds like to sit on the railing. Host cleans the decks prior to a guest arriving however birds are birds and like to still sit there. Summary: This place is an amazing location on the water. The unit is quite small compare it to a small hotel room with one bed. Upstairs if there are kids, you will hear pounding when they run around. When we were here thr property was full of a lot of kids running around all the time, filling the hot tub etc. Had a few cleanliness issues, including some hair in the refrigerator and bird droppings on the patio set and railing, but we didnt mind doing some quick touch up cleaning when we arrived to get it up to par. The view and location make it all very worth it! If I had any advice to the host it would be to spend the money on a nice comfortable mattress. The mattress was definitely a cheap one and not great to sleep on so that was rough getting a good night sleep. Also the little mini fridge rattles at night waking you up often as its right next to your head. Finally there are no shades, just a sheer see-through curtain so when the sun rises at 5 am you rise with it you have no option to sleep in longer....also people can see into the unit from afar off. These issues being easy to fix, I'd say its a great place to stay because the view was so great and the snacks provided by the host were a nice touch. Beware, very spotty cell coverage around the property but good wifi in the room. Overall a nice place to stay if you don't mind tons of children everywhere.
