This oceanfront property features 2 units (side by side duplex). Each unit has 2 Bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Central air conditioning. Beautiful ocean views from a large front deck. The house is in a lovely family community. Outdoor shower, open decks and barbeque. Sleeping loft or couch. Two off-street parking spaces for each unit. Clean, comfortable and fun. Most renters have returned for years.
North Unit: This unit is fully furnished and equipped with a television, kitchenware, cleaning equipment, mattress pads, pillows and spreads, toaster oven, coffee maker, washer, dryer, central air conditioning, one full size bed, one queen size bed, one queen size sleeper couch and two queen size futon beds in loft that is accessible by spiral staircase.
South Unit: This unit is fully furnished and equipped with a television, kitchenware, cleaning equipment, mattress pads, pillows and spreads, toaster oven, coffee maker, washer, dryer, central air conditioning, two queen size beds, one queen size sofa bed, and one queen size futon bed and twin size bed located in loft that is accessible by ladder stairs.

Summary: Located right on the boardwalk. Clean but very small. Furniture needs updated. Literally need to bring everything of your own as there is nothing stocked in this place and the mattresses must be 30 years old. Musty curtains. Not enough lighting to see anything when it gets dark. Bring your own paper plates and plastic cups to make it through the week. The most positive thing about the place is the location.
