This beautiful two story, 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom has two full length verandas overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. You will find spectacular views of the Atlantic from this custom-built residence on private Tingler Island, a community of just ten homes. Two story grand foyer, five bedrooms, four and 1/2 baths, including two master suites, as well as a media room/library/bar. Comfortably appointed interiors with exceptional finishes throughout, fully furnished, with an open floor plan with lots of natural light. There is room for a max 35' boat. Price Includes Add’l Charges including our $100 Non-Refundable Processing Fee and the cleaning fee. For all the avid golfers the Florida Keys Country Club is just down the street. This course spans 6,500 yards creating a challenge for all golf We are located in the Center of Marathon so you are close to shopping and all the wonderful restaurants. There are two public beaches and one state park nearby the home. Coco Plum is a 14 minute drive, Sombrero Beach is 4 minutes away and Curry Hammock State Park is 16 minutes away from the home. Accommodates 12 Max (Adults/Children) per local ordinance. The Garage is not for renter use. This home is for sale. Booking Notes: *9 AM Check Out Time and 4 PM Check In Time. *Holiday weeks excluded from specials.Rates do not include taxes and fees. We book Saturday-Saturday during higher seasons. *We require half of the rent and security 7 days after you book online and full balance 60 days before.
