Located a short 1 minute walk to the main King & Prince Resort Hotel building, guests will have access to full resort amenities including the heated King & Prince hotel pools, spas, resort restaurant and bar, tennis, golf as well as the King & Prince South Villas pool which is 20 yards from the condo's back door! The large open green space surrounding the pool is right in your backyard and the perfect place for kids to play!
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
