Modern house for 12 people in a quiet area overlooking the ocean. Located 40 minutes north of Lisbon, it will allow you to visit the many sights of the Silver Coast and visit Lisbon.
The proximity of the ocean, accessible on foot (500m) by a pedestrian path that goes down to the sandy beach and the private heated pool (May to October) with salt treatment, is ideal for families or families. surf lovers.
The house comprises 2 levels which can be occupied independently of each other while sharing the heated pool reserved for the tenants of the house.
The ground floor can accommodate 8 people and includes 3 bedrooms with their en-suite shower room and toilet. For each room, a kitchen is available and a private entrance allow the couples to live in complete autonomy while sharing the places whenever they wish. In one of the rooms, a very comfortable sofa bed will sleep for 2 more people. The largest of the kitchen and the large south terrace allows meals to be shared.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one bath and the other shower), a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. In every room you have a view of the ocean and the stunning sunsets.
