Welcome to Lighthouse Stay of Scituate. My name is Fabiana, the hostess, and I'd love to host your next seaside stay. I am an experienced Superhost on AirB&B and my home was awarded as a "Guest Favorite" with all 5 Star Reviews. I am SO excited to now offer my home to you on VRBO! This home is in a central beach location of Scituate; the local beaches are just steps away! You will be in good walking company with other residents and vacationers~

3. Scituate Lighthouse Park and jetty is a historical landmark with amazing ocean views (see photos)- 5 minute stroll or 2 minute drive.
4. More beautiful beaches of Scituate to explore: Pegotty Beach, Humarock Beach, Minot Beach and Egypt Beach.

Experience true oceanfront living all day long! Start off your mornings with the stunning view of the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and embrace the sweeping view of the dynamic waves. For an alfresco dining experience, you're welcome to use the electric George Foreman BBQ grill, outdoor dinnerware, and paper goods for a convenient seaside barbecue! In addition, you can bring back the freshest seafood from Scituate's Mullaney's Harborside Fish Market or Island Creek Oyster Farm to enjoy with the amazing ocean view in the comfort of this home. At night, you can continue to enjoy the ocean views with the stadium light that shines over the ocean for a spectacular view.
🪴LIVING AREAS: This home boasts two living areas for you and your group to spread out and enjoy. The home opens up to the main, family-friendly living room that is bathed in a plentiful amount of natural light, features a 57 inch TV, and can comfortably seat all guests. The additional living space, the "Sitting Room," has a 48 inch TV and a slider glass door to the front porch. This Sitting Room is adjacent to the bedroom with two twin beds (Bedroom #4) and has a door curtain for privacy. Guests of Bedroom #4 can use the Sitting Room for additional space.
🛏️BEDROOMS :
This home features two upstairs bedrooms (king and queen) and two downstairs bedrooms (queen and two twins). The full bathrooms are located across or next to the bedrooms on each floor. You will be lulled to sleep by the beautiful sounds of the ocean tides while enjoying the comfortable beds. All bedroom windows are outfitted with blackout and room darkening curtains/shades for you to sleep in! The upstairs, King bedroom (BR#1) features a wet sink, mini fridge and a private patio (can be used as a separate entry).
🥞KITCHEN:
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to create your favorite meals. Amenities include Keurig with hot/cold milk frother (coffee pods and sugar packets included), drip coffee machine, french press, electric kettle, 64 oz. Ninja blender, children dinnerware, sippy cups, toaster and more! Additional kitchen amenities can be requested, if not already included.
🧸AMENITIES FOR CHILDREN:
0-24 Month bathtub, children toys/books, BPA-free kid dinnerware (plates, sippy cups, cups, bowls, flatware), children board games, baby clothes hangers.
Children safety supplies: 2 door knob covers, socket covers, Safety 1st Cabinet Slide Locks. The kitchen walk-in pantry and guest closet have door latches that are out of reach of children. Children supplies are available upon request.

*2/22/2024 Lighthouse update: It is currently under construction. I do not have a date when the lighthouse construction will be finished, but I am hoping it will be wrapped up by summer! The jetty continues to be opened to the public.*

5/5 This was the best host I have ever encountered. The house is immaculate and has beautiful views of the ocean. It is located a short walk to the historic lighthouse and very close to Scituate harbor with shops, restaurants, beach, etc. The beds are super comfortable, the house is well stocked with necessities and special touches and the host has thought of literally everything you could need for a perfect stay. She is incredibly nice and went above and beyond to make our vacation special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. -Liz

From our initial booking of Fabiana's incredibly stunning home on the ocean in Scituate, every detail and interaction was planned with great care to ensure that we had the ultimate experience during our stay. I had mentioned that this was a get-a-way visit to celebrate my wife's birthday, and she went above and beyond to add to the celebration and left us with a very thoughtful note, a birthday welcome sign, and a delicious personalized birthday cake! This experience was hands-down our BEST booking on Airbnb! This home deserves much more than a 5-star review! Fabiana's home IS the place to stay to reconnect with the ocean. Can't wait to return! 5/5 We visited over Thanksgiving and Fabiana went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Everything in the house was well labeled, clean, and easy to use. You can't get any closer to the water than this!
In addition, Fabiana gave us fantastic recommendations and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We'd love to visit again and we'd heartily recommend this property! -Madeleine

5/5 We had the absolute best time staying and wish we could have stayed longer.The house is immaculate and you can feel the love and care that Fabiana puts into her home and sharing it with others. She had a welcome board, a welcome basket with snacks and wine, and a handwritten note welcoming us to her home. It was amazing to come in and have snacks for our kids.
She not only had everything clearly labeled, the house was immaculate but made you feel right at home. She went above and beyond ensuring that we had age appropriate items at the house when she learned we were bringing toddlers, including child proofing, toddler utensils, and toddler games. She had an extensive guide book, provided daily care items so we didn’t have to bring anything, and had so many cozy and comfortable amenities. We immediately felt right at home and could immediately relax.
I wish I had more room to write how amazing our stay was. This is a home you want to stay at and we’ll definitely be back! -Emily
