Our condo is located in the heart of the Ocean Drive section of N. Myrtle Beach. This beautiful totally renovated three bedroom, three full bath unit has great views from the large balcony. This beach home has about 1500 sq. ft and has tiled floors through out the condo, with carpet in the bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, with a view of the ocean. The master bedroom also has a 40 in Flat screen TV, sliding glass door to the balcony and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed and has a 32 in Flat Screen TV, also with a private bathroom. The third bedroom offers 2 Queen size beds, a 40 in Flat Screen TV, and the bathroom has a new floor to ceiling tiled shower and fully a renovated bathroom with granite counter tops and tiled floor. This unit has Keyless entry. No more losing your keys or lock outs.
The living room has a Couch, Love Seat and Chair and the view of the Ocean from the living room is awesome. The living room has a 50 In Flat Screen TV. The designer kitchen is made for a Chef and is very spacious, with all new Stainless Steel appliances, Granite Counter Tops and a Glass Tiled backsplash.
This home has 4 Flat Screen TV's in the living areas, and each of the bedrooms. This unit is well above the average rental unit on the market today. The Tidemaster has a oversize swimming pool that is 8ft deep, unlike most pools that are now just 5ft deep, and is equipped with an automated chlorine generator to monitor the pools balance at all times. There is also a kiddie pool for the children, and there is an area for grilling out. This 5th floor condo (Unit 505) also has free wireless internet service, provided by Spectrum Cable.
The Tidemaster is located at 517 South Ocean Blvd, in the heart of Ocean Drive in N. Myrtle Beach. We are within walking distance of all the annual SOS events, car shows, and all city events in Ocean Drive. Most of the major restaurants, golf courses, and live shows are within a 5-10 minute drive of our home.
The Tidemaster has had renovations on the building and has 2 High Speed state of the art Elevators, repaved parking lots, outdoor lighting, secured building (you need a code to enter the building) and other upgrades. The grounds have a newly landscaped look and there is plenty of parking in our 2 lots. Our property has only 54 units, so the two glass elevators provide for quick service. We have without a doubt the nicer rental units on the beach and we work hard to provide a quality product. This is a very well maintained unit, and these units book fast, so reserve the week you want, not the week that is left over. Note: Please note rental rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease depending on availability. Existing reservations with a prepayment are excluded.
