The Space:
The first floor features an open concept game room, family room, dining area, full kitchen and sitting area where you can relax and take in the ocean views. There are also 4 comfortable bedrooms (1 room with a king bed/private bath, 1 room with a Queen bed, 1 room with 2 twin-over-twin bunks, and 1 room with 2 twin-over-full bunks) , three full bathrooms and a laundry room.
The second floor is wide open and has a bright airy feeling. There is a large living and dining area, fully stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with Queen beds and a twin bed lofted over it, and 2 with king beds/private baths facing the ocean) and 2 full shared bathrooms. The living area opens to a relaxing balcony where you can enjoy the magnificent sunrise, a glass of wine, dolphin watch or sunbathe.
The first floor outdoor area features a new turf front "lawn" with giant chess, giant connect-4, and putting green! The back yard is fenced with private in-ground pool, hot tub, covered bar area, private beach access, and plenty of seating for catching some rays or a nap. A propane grill is provided for those who want to cook out and keep that summer fun going all day and night.

Summary: The families all really enjoyed our stay. I was told several times how great of a job that I did picking the right place. Perfectly located for complete relaxation. We were able to totally entertain ourselves with all of the options for things to do things to do on site.
