Enjoy the well equipped and open home while relaxing on the spacious deck in the serenity of the sunset. It is truly a special place for your perfect Maine vacation.

Open kitchen with an island, Viking range, large refrigerator and all of the kitchen appliances you could need to make meals at home. The dining room table has a cool candle chandelier and a view of the oceanfront.
There is a large living room with a vaulted ceiling and access to the spacious deck. The library is connected to the living room, but has doors for the privacy to work or read from the extensive library of books.
There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Second floor:
The main king bedroom an an oceanfront view, walk in closet, and an en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, with plenty of storage and natural light.
Walk out basement:
Third bedroom has a screened in porch with a water view.
Washer/dryer is in the laundry room and available for the guests use.
Children 10 and over are allowed, due to the many decks and the waterfront property. There is not direct water access at this property. Sand Cove Beach is close by!

Summary: Nice cottage in tranquil setting made this an ideal getaway. The kitchen was well-stocked with necessary settings and utensils. I enjoyed both the library room and the outside decks. The drive to Acadia NP (main area) and Bar Harbor was not right around the corner but were easy rides through the countryside.
