Come and enjoy the emerald Coast beaches at their best. Our condo is located directly on the beach; you can step from the condo onto the white sand without crossing the street, or enjoy the oceanfront view from our corner unit balcony. This rental includes beach service from March - October 31st- two chairs and an umbrella, set up daily.
Nicely decorated, fully furnished unit that was renovated, refurnished and refreshed in June of 2020. The AC ac and furnace units were completely replaced mid 2018. The unit includes crown molding thru-out, a shiplaped social bar with seating for four, granite countertop, and a comfortable and relaxed living room. It features a full kitchen, completely stocked. The couch is a queen sized sleeper sofa. There is a round dining table with seating for meals or games, in the living room. Off the hallway is a full bathroom accessible to all guests. The bedroom has a private half bathroom with a sink and toilet. TV's are in both the bedroom and living room.
