This beautiful, east-facing condo has direct, unobstructed, oceanfront views, as well as a southeastern view for all-day-long enjoyment of the sun! Sip your coffee in the mornings on the wrap-around balcony while watching the dolphins and pelicans pass by.
Inside, find walls painted in a calming shade of blue, gleaming hardwood floors, and unobstructed ocean views. The spacious kitchen has custom granite countertops, ample cabinet storage and counter space, a large breakfast bar, and a roomy dining area. In the evenings, the primary suite includes a private bathroom with a jetted tub, access to the deck, and sparkling ocean vistas.
Additional amenities include free WiFi, a VCR/DVD player in each room, an iPod adaptor in the living area, and a storage area in the garage for your beach gear.
On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators. The central location of The Dunes puts you within easy walking distance of the lifeguarded beach, the Sandbridge Market, restaurants, and ice cream and sandwich shops.

Summary: The property was welcoming with up to date decor and most all amenities in great working order. Being a corner condo, it was bright and cheery. I was immediately excited by the amount of hooks for towels and bathing suits, which normally we have not found in other waterfront properties :) The kitchen was very well stocked, however needed some attention-very dull knives, warped pots and pans, broken can openers, etc. There is no grill available despite the description, and none are allowed on the property, which was a bummer - we planned on grilling for meals. Vacasa is not a helpful property manager, do not expect timely or accurate replies. The communication is very poor. First floor condo: there is limited water view. Mostly it is a view of the sand dunes if sitting on the balcony. Still, it is right across the street. There are chairs and a table, but I wish the furniture out there had been a little more comfortable to relax on. The condo is also on the only corner in Sandbridge. There is a small grocery store, restaurant and small public parking lot across the street - super convenient. However being on the corner also makes the condo quite noisy, the master bedroom is adjacent to the road, if you are a light sleeper, I suggest ear plugs! Tons of beach toys available in the storage closet, but the only two chairs were nearly unusable as they were all rusty and broken. There is no tent or umbrella & the beach has no shade - plan accordingly!
