This oversized corner unit (401) on the 4th floor, with unobstructed panoramic 180-degree ocean views will leave you speechless. You can view the seashore for miles north and south all the way to the inlet. Breathtaking views, and an incredibly short walk onto the sand await your enjoyment. The Huge Balcony is perfect for dining al fresco on the patio table or enjoying a bottle of wine in the lounge chairs and watching the sunset. You will be close to many of the areas favorite restaurant's, Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Beach Kennel club (dog track), and Ponce Inlet Marine Science Center (excellent for kids and adults) and 12 miles to the airport, its truly convenient to all Daytona has to offer. This Unit, located in a smaller, more private complex with only 19 units, has over 150ft of NO DRIVE BEACH ocean front property, so you never have to fight for a spot on the beach no matter how busy the town is, or worry about kids running out into traffic lanes on the beach. If driving on the beach interests you, the beach access ramp is 300 yards from the condo.
This condo has been gone through this year with many new fixtures, appliances, art, lighting, fans, and has all new hotel quality linens, sheets, duvets and blankets, new bedding including 2 new mattresses. The condo is fully equipped with Hi Speed Internet, WIFI, Computer monitor and desk, Cable tv with roku's, a pack and play for small children, kitchen supplies, pots, pans, toaster, blender, dinner and silverware, linens, towels, as well as beach toys, beach towels, and beach chairs. Bring your swimsuit and sunscreen and enjoy this little slice of paradise.
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed where you can watch the waves roll in, or binge watch your favorite tv series on the smart TV, a private bath with walk in shower, and expansive closet space. The master suite also has floor to ceiling glass sliders to access the oversize balcony. The second Bedroom has 2 new twin bunkbeds, flatscreen tv, and a large closet. The second bathroom is conveniently located just outside the second bedroom and has a tub shower combo. The living room has a large sofa, 2 recliners as well as accent chairs and a big screen tv. The dining room seats 6 with additional bar seating as well. You have ocean views from the dining room and kitchen through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. This condo is large, 1280 sq ft heated and cooled with an additional 200 sq ft balcony with the best views Daytona has to offer.
