It is located on the 3rd floor of Building 1 with elevator access which makes it perfect for any family. The living room has a 55” flat screen cable TV, lvp floor, free WIFI, queen sleeper sofa, and oceanfront balcony. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and Keurig. The unit also includes a full size washer/dryer. The master bedroom features 1 king bed with 32” flat screen cable TV, attached bath with walk-in shower, and separate oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed with 32” flat screen cable TV and 1/2 bath. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with 32” flat screen TV. The unit includes an enclosed storage area perfect for storing beach chairs and toys. The complex features 2 large pools, 2 jacuzzis, 2 kiddie pools, 2 tennis courts and is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. All rentals include towels and linens.
