Summary: The condo has one of the best views on the beach and just a few steps from our balcony. The management & staff were great to deal with. When we first got there the entry way and part of the bedroom carpet was really wet, they investigated the issue and took care of it right away so bonus points for that!! I even had a package delivery that got delayed a few days until after we had already vacated to go back home and they they gladly shipped it to me back at my home in VA. Downside. We first got there, pulled under the portico to unload things, loaded it all up on 2 carts only to go in the front door to the elevator to discover the elevator did NOT stop on the first floor and the and NO ramp to roll the carts up on. My husband had recently had his second Achilles ruptured tendon surgery so trecking 2 months worth of stuff one box at a time myself up the stairs was a quite unplesant experence. I can't believe they would not have included that little tidbit of information when we rented the condo. The condo kitchen is not well equipped at all ,o pot holders, 1 baking sheet, the 3 of the cabinet doors would not stay closed, furniture while somewhat comfortable made it feel very dated inside. The beds were comfortable, bathroom vanities were cracked and deteriorating. Overall it could use some much needed updating oh and the garage space that was included in the rent we paid was NOT available for us to park as the building was using it to store wood in. ?
