Enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean from your own private terrace, or from the wall to wall windows inside. Our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is very spacious, and hosts amenities like granite counter tops, well stocked kitchen, purified water, walk-in closets, bbq grill, internet, local telephone, Netflix, and surround sound speakers.Has T.V. in each room and on terrance. Access to the 5th floor is made easy with 2 elevators and a wide stairway. Parking is convenient inside a round-the-clock security gate should you choose to rent a car. Maid service is also available during your stay upon request, for an additional nominal fee. Palmar Condominiums are well-located just minutes south of San Miguel's town center. Nearby are restaurants and dive shops. It is well-suited for visitors of all ages as we have a children's play area, tennis courts, spectacular elevated pool, cabanas, fitness gym, large meeting room, and on site security. When you arrive there are luggage and grocery carts available to help you move items from your car up to your condo. Inside our unit find 2 large bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and one with two twin sized beds. This condo is a perfect fit for 2 couples or a family. There is a large dining room table that can seat up to 8 people, mini-bar with stools, and a cozy couch in the living room. Plenty of tables and chairs on the terrace cap off a fabulously furnished condo! Cozumel Living, our property management and real estate company, is located directly on the island to assist with any needs you may have. They will have contact with you prior to your arrival and with any questions you may have during your stay.
