Summary: This stay was OK for the short time we were there. I don't believe that we were informed anywhere that the parking permit would be $50, which was a shock after the already high nightly cost of the rental itself. Trying to shower on the first day after getting into the ocean and we found out that the water pressure was a trickle and no hot water was coming out at all. Had to walk down to the 1-person security desk and the employee there was as helpful as he could be, but eventually left saying that there was nothing he could do. We called Shoreline properties and they walked us through opening and closing valves, closing and reopening circuit breakers, and eventually the pressure and hot water increased. I'm not sure why this wasn't checked by anyone before we checked in, but it was very frustrating when you're soaking wet in a towel trying to clean off from the beach. The other issue we encountered was that we found a previous tenants clothing next to one of our beds, which tells us that not too much attention was paid to cleanliness.
