Spending time in either of the two master suites with king-size beds dressed in luxurious bedding and private attached baths will mark the perfect end to any day in beautiful Myrtle Beach. The kitchen has updated granite counters and is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, should you feel the urge to prepare a meal, rather than pop over to the lovely Ocean View Cafe next door. The living room has been tastefully decorated with a sofa and recliner, and even has a Smart TV so you can catch up on your Netflix or Amazon shows at night. With three doors leading out to balconies, from the living room and each of the bedrooms, you'll have no trouble listening to the waves crash on the sand from any room. Because this unit is closer to the ground level, not only can you hear the waves, you can watch them from inside, too! Holiday Sands South is an ideal condominium for everyone! There are several indoor and outdoor pools, including one heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, lazy river and splash pad to please the kids; there's a sunning lawn and a walk right out to the beach for the person whose only plan during their stay is to remember to flip every half hour; there are more places to shop than you could possibly visit in one stay, with Broadway at the Beach and Market Common just minutes away. Golfing, visiting the state park and pier, or anything else you could possibly want to do is close by! The onsite fitness center is located on the same level as the condo unit. The attached parking garage makes carrying in your luggage and beach chairs a breeze, and rolling carts are available for guest use. Our unit has two allowed parking spaces in the garage, so you don't have to cross the street to get to the building. To further ease the sometimes difficult tasks of travel, like hauling home dirty laundry and packing sheets and dressing beds after check in, this unit houses a full size washer and dryer in the hall, and bed and bath linens are included at no additional charge.
