Relax by one of our two oceanfront pools (please note the southern pool is temporarily closed) or take advantage of private beach access just a few steps away. We provide linens, beach towels, and two beach chairs for your convenience, ensuring you have everything you need for a relaxing day on the beach or by the pool.
The Main bedroom, located on the fifth floor of building 3, offers stunning ocean views, a plush King-sized bed, and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom featuring gorgeous finishes. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and a private full bath, also newly renovated with stylish decor. A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and soap is provided for your convenience.
Luxury abounds in our fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, a large pantry, and ample storage space, which is ideal for preparing delicious meals. There is both a standard coffee pot and a Keurig coffee pot. Each room is equipped with SMART TVs, and free high-speed internet is available to meet your streaming, teleworking, and distance learning needs.
Explore Amelia Island's vibrant offerings, from its pristine beaches to its top-rated restaurants and eclectic shops. Embark on outdoor adventures such as golfing, kayaking, tennis, or horseback riding on the beach. NOTES:
There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles will not fit, and campers, trailers, RVs, or boats are not allowed.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information before this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will see communication coming through this system.
Damage protection is included with this rental, but guests are responsible for damages that exceed the policy.
There is a $300 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges, and it is released 10 days after you depart.
We use email to request that guests sign their lease and to send them important instructions. Please make sure to provide an email address that you can access regularly. Additionally, we use text messaging to send you the door code and for any other necessary communication. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have during your stay.
We advise our guests to purchase travel insurance for their protection, particularly during hurricane season, which lasts from June to November.
