3 Bedroom 2 baths spacious 2 level condominium located in the upscale Carden Beach condo complex close to the ocean with beautiful upfront ocean views, beautiful landscaping surrounding the property. Ideal for families or couples. As you enter the condo you are on the level with the 2 bedrooms and shared bath. Take the steps down to the main level with the living room area, master bedroom/bath off that room as well as the sliders to the deck and fantastic views. Excellent restaurants, gorgeous beaches for your relaxation, close to town. The condo property has a swimming pool, tennis court, gym and you can walk to the natural beach from the side of the condo property which is approx a 10 minute walk. Other beaches are also close by vehicle.
Note: As of January 2023 the condo property association rule now requires a minimum 14 night stay (whether you choose to stay or not but the rate must be paid and dates blocked on calendar).
