Newly renovated comfortable condo on ground level with garden view. Access to two pools, man made beach and bbq dining area fronting the ocean and sunsets. 920 sq ft of space, this unit has a separate entry to bathroom for guest. Wheel chair accessible unit. Large walk in shower, king bed and queen Murphy bed. In room Laundry, A/C, patio, 55” tv, internet, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, garden view, two pools-1salt water 1 fresh water. Non smoking unit. There is a 3 night minimum stay/10 night stay during Christmas and Ironman. Please note there is a payment processing fee charged by the credit card company of 3.23%. (Airbnb does not have a credit card fee) a rental agreement will be emailed after booking.
