This vacation rental welcomes up to 2 dogs per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals. FSTV, DVD/VCR combo player. Outdoor (cold water) shower. Rocking chair porch. Dining room table seats 10-12, extra card table for additional dining, games or other activities. Enjoy the west-end sunsets, viewing dolphins and boats from the rocking chairs on the upstairs covered porch. There is plenty of space for outdoor family dinners on the lower deck which are partially covered and allows for both sun and shade. Friends and family can spread out and enjoy the built-in seating on the lower ocean-front deck. The Shelburne has been enjoyed by the family for years and this is evident by the paintings of local scenes done by the owner. The family room, which is open to the dining area, has great views of the ocean along with ample seating for large groups. Located 1/2 mile from the Blue Water Point Marina and Restaurant. Stainless steel refrigerator with built-in ice-maker, new beach-themed bedding in every room, updates to the laundry.
