No exceptions.– Maximum occupancy is 6 people.– Absolutely no parties, loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior.– No smoking anywhere on the premises (inside or out).– Barbecuing only allowed on the balcony with gas or electric grills.– Guests must park only in the assigned garage/tandem space. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed without notice.– Tenants must sign a copy of the HOA Rules (CCRs) prior to check-in.
