Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at "Aquarius Condominiums" such as the oceanfront pool deck, on-site coin laundry on every floor, steam rooms, BBQ area, shuffle board, private beach access to the "No-Drive" beach, and one assigned parking space.
Directly across the street from Aquarius Condominiums is Dollar General which is the perfect spot for quick groceries and beach necessities. Directly next door to Aquarius Condominiums is Tom Renick oceanfront park. This park includes a picnic area, parking, restrooms, and even a playground! Just down the road is a remodeled shopping center including Publix Supermarket, Publix Liquors, banks, Bealls Outlet, Dollar Tree, and a Chinese restaurant just to name a few. Within quick walking distance of the condo is Stavro's Pizza House, Beach Side Brew Pub, Alife's Take Out, Salty Farms Seafood Market, Beach-side Cafe and Donuts, a number of lounges, Subway, a Post Office, plus many more local businesses and restaurants.
Ormond Beach is a quieter beach-side town home to mostly full-time and seasonal residents. It offers travelers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still only being a 15-20 minute drive from the majority of Daytona Beach's most popular attractions and events.
Step into this oceanfront paradise and feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders! This luxury studio was recently renovated throughout with high standards. The oceanfront living and sleeping area greets as you as you walk through the door. This includes a queen murphy bed that folds for extra living space during the day. The kitchen and dining area allows for oceanfront views while you dine. The remodeled kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare beach-side meals. There is a remodeled, full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Step onto your private balcony and into your secluded oasis! The oceanfront balcony affords you an incredible, direct view of the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony includes outdoor furniture allowing guests to enjoy time together while surrounded by the sound of waves crashing into the shore below.
This building is has a shared coin laundry facility on each floor for added convenience.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. Please note that even if you cancel outside of the cancellation window and receive a full refund, the "Booking Fee" is never refundable. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Our agents are happy to assist and answer any questions.
To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.
There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.

Summary: Overall we had a great vacation and really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to anyone. A few things that could use attention. The blinds are in terrible shape and falling apart which was very frustrating on the balcony door. It also didn’t have a curtain and was SUPER bright very early in the morning. The room stayed pretty warm and we were uncomfortable at night hardly covering up. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and was a Murphy bed. It didn’t have a headboard and was just a hole stuffed with pillows that made it hard to keep your pillow in place. The closet was blocked by a couch and stuffed with cleaning supplies. We didn’t have anywhere else to hang our clothes. The parking garage is unusually low clearance at around 7’ I think. The parking garage was too small for my Silverado so we had to park up top. It was fine but very tight and took a lot of backing up and pulling forward to get in and out of the parking spaces and the lot up top. Later at night there were hardly amy available. Otherwise, great views, amenities, nice large shower, clean room, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, easy and safe access to the hotel, pool, and beach!
