Hidden behind majestic oaks and a large lagoon with a secluded gazebo, is a well kept secret called the St. Simons Grand. Enter through the private gates into a luxurious oceanfront community offering a direct ocean view from every residence.
With its expansive and beautifully landscaped courtyard dotted by lagoons you can enjoy a day by the oceanfront heated swimming pool or hot tub, or take a walk up the boardwalk and out onto the sand and water of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a day or evening grilling dinner on one of four gas grills.
The St. Simons Grand offers covered parking and three elevators conveniently located throughout the building.
**The St Simons Grand offers 3 elevators, located at the north, center and south sides of the building. During the winter of 2022 into 2023, the elevators will be refurbished one at a time. Two elevators will be available for use at all times. We apologize for any inconvenience.
St. Simons Grand 223 is a spacious, tastefully decorated three bedroom, three bath residence. The large and well equipped kitchen opens into the dining and living room area which enjoys a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean.
