5 Bedroom House in North Topsail Beach

Welcome to Ocean's Inn-Tuition! New for 2023: TVs in all bedrooms. Linens included and all bedding, including quilts and shams, laundered after each guest. Beds already made for you! Each stay includes a starter pack to get your vacation off on the right foot! This ocean front home has everything you will need to enjoy your home away from home at the beach! Located on a quiet, dead end street with no on street parking.
This home is minutes from Snead's Ferry and less than 10 minutes from Surf City. Most importantly, it has beach access directly from the back of the house. Enjoy an elevator ride to every floor of this 4 story home.
There are 3 living levels with the main living level on the 4th or topmost level, providing spectacular ocean views! The kitchen is equipped with everything for your cooking needs! The dining area has plenty of seating including bar seating and a spacious table. There is a pantry closet with games and puzzles to entertain yourselves and the kids! You'll find the large TV as well as ample seating on comfortable couches and chairs. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and the chair and a half holds a twin sleeper. Sleeping capacity is 13. Please note that pull out linens and towels need to be provided by the renter. Out the 4th floor deck, you will not only find beautiful ocean views, but you will also find a hot tub! Enjoy the beautiful starry sky as you soak at the end of your wonderful beach day!
All but one bedroom has ocean views. The smallest bedroom has bunk beds for the kids to enjoy! The rest of the 4 bedrooms have queen beds. There is one master on the 2nd floor and one master on the 3rd floor.
There are oceanfront decks on all 3 living space levels! You will never get tired of the gorgeous views! Watch the dolphins play and you may even be lucky enough to see the sea turtles hatch in the summer!
There is covered parking under the house for one car and enough space in the driveway for at least two additional cars. After your time at the beach, shower off in the enclosed shower which is equipped with both hot and cold water. You will find a couple of beach umbrellas and a few beach chairs stored in the storage closet near the shower. You will also find some beach toys for making the best sand castles! There is also a charcoal grill, so grab your charcoal and favorite things to grill!
This is the perfect property for a family, and if you are looking for a larger home, rent the other side of the duplex for double the space, if available.
Family dog travel with you? No problem! With1Gig internet, it's the fastest internet on the island, and easily supports working from home as well as virtual school.

Summary: This was our first trip to Topsail with such a large group. We had 6 adults, 5 kids and and an infant. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! House is spacious and was very clean, well equipped in everything you may need during your stay. Beach access was extremely easy and evenings on the balconies were just an icing on the cake. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved it. Highly recommended
