Summary: The location of the property was great. We could walk right out onto the beach and it wasn’t crowded this time of year. However, when you pay a hefty cleaning fee one expects the house to be clean. Upon checking in, we had to make our own beds (which were stained), tubs/showers were dirty, food trash left inside cabinets, dust and hair all over the floors, and kitchen wasn’t very clean. The property is in need of maintenance but that is expected for rentals. We didn’t let these things dampen our family time and overall it was a nice vacation to Myrtle Beach.
