Guests Must Read & Agree To House Rules Before Making A Reservation
Violating House Rules may result in the Guest being required to immediately vacate the property, or being removed, in which case the Guest forfeits all rights to the return of any unused rental fees.
All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
Non-approved late check-outs will result in a charge of 5% of the nightly rate for every half-hour late on departure. When given advanced notice, Host's representatives will attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs.
If the Guest violates the no smoking policy, the Guest shall be responsible for all damage caused by smoking, including but not limited to, stains, burns, odor and removal of debris.
If the Guest violates the no pet policy, the Guest shall be responsible for all damages caused by the pet and Guest and the Guest’s Guests and invitees will be required to immediately vacate the Property or shall be removed therefrom. Our permit from the city limits our on-site parking to two vehicles. Both must fit in the driveway in front of the house and cannot block the sidewalk.

The home is in a very quiet area. Neighbors are quick to complain about noise. Guests shall be quiet and peaceful, so as to respect and not to disturb other residents of the neighborhood. The top-level deck will be a quiet zone at all times and all occupants agree not to play music, have loud conversations, or make other loud noises on the top-level deck at any time. Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
