Positive: It is beachfront, and one can get all the benefits of ocean views, sounds, and warmth (we visited on a cold night). Large windows are perfect for enjoying it all. Two bedrooms and many beds allow a convenient stay for the bigger family. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a Belgian waffle maker, spices, and more). Toiletries are provided sustainably (in large-volume, multi-use bottles). Everything was clean and comfortable. The heater worked and was needed for the freezing night. The property is not very recently renovated, but we liked it with those few signs of aging.
Negative: All was fine with the cottage. When getting there, one should pass all those polluting refineries, factories, and the port. But that is unavoidable.
Summary: Enjoyable ocean views and sounds in the clean and well-equipped cottage.
