Includes one bedroom with a king bed & private half bath. This condo is in a boutique, two story building. The main bath includes a walk- in shower with all the linens provided. This unit sleeps up to four when including the sofa/bed in livingroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker. Premium coffee is provided and uses a Keürig combo coffee maker for singles or makes a full 12 cups at one time.

The spacious courtyard provides shared outdoor tables and chairs for enjoying spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean with your morning coffee or dining anytime.
