Positive: The location was nice. The full kitchen was decent and having a separate room from the kids was great!
Negative: This wasn’t the worst place we’ve ever stayed, but it also wasn’t the best. It was mid range. The bathroom could use some updates. Some new caulk would do wonders. A new shower curtain/rod would be great. No matter which way you pulled the curtain, it slid the opposite way so water spewed onto the floor. The entire unit would benefit from a deep cleaning. Underneath/behind the pull down bed looked like it had never been cleaned. We were only provided 4 towels (5 people) for an entire week stay and told we couldn’t swap them out. The knob was missing on the oven, which was the reported the day we got there. It wasn’t replaced during our week stay, so we couldn’t bake any of the food we got to save on eating out. The location was nice, not too close to the boardwalk but not too far away. Access to the beach was quick and easy. The kids loved the pools. Overall, I’d give this place a 6. I think a few updates would increase this tremendously. (New light fixtures as it just felt dark and dingy in the main bedroom, bathroom updates, deep cleaning, provide additional towels, maybe a vacuum and some more hangers). They did provide a keurig, pots/pans, plates, utensils, etc!
Summary: Overall it was fine, not the best but definitely not the worst.
