This is a 3rd floor tastefully furnished unit in a secured building that has brand new paint and carpet and includes a comfortable king size bed, fully remodeled kitchen and bath with granite counters, gas fireplace, large TV with surround sound system and in-unit washer and dryer. Large covered balcony has 180 degree views of the coast. There are 2 reserved secure parking spots in a gated underground garage.
