Positive: The location is superb for beach viewing. Sunsets are amazing! Open,roomy gathering area/kitchen. 2 separate full baths were a plus. Bed was comfy in the main bedtoom. There is beach access a few doors down to the left of the house or several houses down through the dog park down a steep hill. Area close to stores,restaurants, and brewery. Car needed. After our arrival, we cleaned all the rear windows, and it made our view that much more spectacular! Appeared to be newer kitchen and hallway flooring.
Negative: The house overall is a bit tired. Needs a very thorough cleaning and paint job. No deck furniture besides 4 old/dirty plastic chairs.. The grill was charcoal and falling apart. The furnace is located in the 2nd bedroom closet. It's very noisy and one can not sleep in there. The noise machine had no cord to set it up. The bathroom fans are very old, so do not spin,they just make noise. No updated cleaning supplies to use besides laundry pods. Need windex and disinfectant for guests if needed.
