The complex includes two resort pools: a new stunning oceanfront zero entry ocean pool & a heated tropical lagoon pool surrounded by a scenic boardwalk for strolling. Restrooms and showers are located at both pools for guests' convenience.
This private condominium accommodation includes two beautifully furnished balconies with ocean and pool views, premier renovations, new living room and dining furniture, custom interior designs including reclaimed barn doors with stained glass clamshell inlays, marble & Cambria quartz countertops. The downstairs guest bath has custom embossed shower tiles of Loggerhead sea turtles and bamboo cabinetry. The unit has a full size washer/dryer, and a renovated kitchen furnished with everything you need to prepare a meal or snack between your enjoyment of the sun and sea. There is Lutron lighting throughout with dimmer controls to customize your ambiance lighting.
A new king size memory foam mattress is in the owner's suite and Simmons Beauty-rest mattresses in the second bedroom.
