The "control 4" system integrates voice-controlled shades, curtains, lighting, music, temperature and much more. Enter this Smart Home on the second level which features a mudroom, half bath and a game room which has French doors leading out to the backyard. A Two-car garage is also accessible at this level that features a Tonal Home Gym and a Tesla Charging Station. Summary: The house was tremendous for a group of old friends to share a weekend together. The amenities were great, plenty of space and the outdoor areas in particular were great. Maybe even better than advertised and great proximity to beach and downtown. Would come back in a heart beat
