4 Bedroom House in Mendocino

OCEAN TRAILS MENDOCINO ARTIST RETREAT For your comfort and safety, the house is immaculately cleaned and sanitized. All bedding and towels are cleaned and sanitized. Get away to the glorious Mendocino coast and stay in a truly inspired dream house -- local artist Erin Dertner’s appointed getaway by the sea, receiving guests since the Spring of 2009. Boasting four bedrooms all with ocean views, 4 full baths, a large great room and a pool parlor that can become a 5th bedroom. The Retreat is spacious and non-allergenic, with mostly tile and hardwood floors. Enjoy the outdoor area with large gas grill and 2 picnic tables and a 60 jet, 6 person, hot tub. Fenced-in area great for dogs to hang out. Only 1.5 mi north of the village of Mendocino, yet far enough away to experience total peace and quiet. Russian Gulch State Park borders part of the house, and its a pleasant stroll on our private lane right into the park entrance (free admission for walk-ins) where you can walk along the headland trails, see a sinkhole, walk to the beach, hike to a waterfall, bike on a path through the gulch, and have glorious picnics on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the ample “cook’s kitchen”, the expansive deck and the comfortable quarters, complete with Erin’s artwork adorning every room. We're on the west/ocean side of highway 1 in a location many consider to be the most desirable for vacation homes in Mendocino, with ocean views to the south and west, from the living area and from all the bedrooms. Perfect for 8 people, but can accommodate 2 extra people comfortably and seat 10 at the dining table; there is room to sleep more people, but please inquire as approval is needed. The master has a king bed and lavish bath with a 2 person shower and giant tub. A 2nd large room with king bed has its own bath with shower. The 3rd private bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The 4th private bedroom has a two twin beds (that can be made into a king) The two bedrooms share a roomy bath with large shower. The living room and both king bedded rooms have ample floor space for futons while the entry/pool room has a trundle for 2, which is also connected to the 4th full bathroom. With a big screen televisions in the living room, many books, board games and your own pool hall, this is a perfect spot for groups of all ages. The vacation home is regularly monitored by the owners to maintain quality, and is professionally managed, to give guests at Ocean Trails a worry-free vacation experience. Keywords: House
