This condo is on the third floor of an elevated three story complex with an elevator. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy the ocean views while sipping your morning coffee or reading a good book. Inside you will find a well-appointed kitchen to cook for your family along with a roomy open living area. The living room has a Smart TV for you to enjoy. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi style tub and stand up shower. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed and both have en suite bathrooms. A washer and dryer are included and two reserved parking spots. The owners have added their extra touches to make sure you will have a comfortable and memorable stay that will have you wanting to come back year after year! While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
