Welcome to Marsh Hill on Fripp Island, SC. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers a luxurious escape with breathtaking views. Wake up to views of the ocean and Fripp Inlet from the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the main floor; one with a king-size bed and one offers queen-size bed, ensuring a restful stay for family and friends.
Ascend to the upstairs loft, where two double beds create a cozy retreat with additional space for relaxation. The expansive windows throughout the home provide breathtaking, uninterrupted views, inviting you to witness spectacular sunrises from the comfort of your home.

Amenity cards are required to access Fripp's pools, golf courses, restaurants, tennis courts, and food court. If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards.
We highly recommend stopping at Publix, Food Lion, or Walmart on Sea Island Parkway to get groceries before heading to the island. Fripp Island is truly secluded and private so going "into town" for groceries will be at least a 20-minute drive. There are restaurants along Sea Island Parkway.
This property is NOT pet friendly and is a NON-SMOKING UNIT.

Summary: The house was perfect. We’ve been to Fripp many times and this was the best home we’ve ever stayed in. The furnishings and decor were beautiful. The family room was so comfortable and ideal to watch sunrises. The telescope was fun to use to watch the birds. I can’t think of anything that could be improved. We’ll definitely seek this place out next time.
